Today, a customer requested a replacement for this #LEDmodules 12inx6inch , which was produced in 2014 and is now faulty. Despite having the labeled serial number, the product dates back 12 years, so our engineers need the IC model or IC file of the LED panel to verify the compatibility of new modules. I was concerned the customer might be upset when I informed them of this, but they responded positively and agreed to try to provide the relevant information. The customer is currently out of town and will be back in 10 days, so the follow-up will take place later this month, after China’s Spring Festival. I’m very pleased with this outcome – we have over 10 years of after-sales service experience, and customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
